If you order your refurbished iPhone today, it will be delivered right to your doorstep within 5-8 business days! For Free!

For products not currently stocked in our South African warehouse, we may import them from our overseas locations, which means you might find some additional paperwork in your package, such as customs duty forms. However, there’s no need to worry – we handle all the necessary customs processes to ensure a smooth experience. Regardless of the origin, we guarantee your product will reach you within the same 5-8 business day timeframe.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At iZone, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your refurbished iPhone, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Learn more.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the iPhone is in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days, but customers cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

• iPhones with software tampering or unauthorized repairs.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping:

• If the return is due to our fault, we provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns, customers cover shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Exchanges:

• Follow the return process and place a new order once the refund is processed.

Warranty

All refurbished iPhones come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects.
