Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from iZone. If for any reason you are not happy with your refurbished iPhone, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below:
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The iPhone must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of physical damage or alteration.
- All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
- iPhones with any software tampering or unauthorized repairs.
- Items purchased as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want the product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.
The iPhone must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or damage.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Support team via email at contact@izonestore.co.za or call us at 0672491606 to start the return process.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective product, wrong item received), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your iPhone for a different model or color, follow the return process, and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Warranty
All refurbished iPhones come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects. If you experience any issues within this period, contact us for assistance.
