Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the iPhone is in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days, but customers cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

iPhones with software tampering or unauthorized repairs.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
